2.3.10 After a three year odyssey into no wave house and boogie, the new album No Twilight is finished at last. It's got ten songs. More details soon. Plus I'm playing a very special show at Good Life in Boston this month, a joint venture between the Evolution monthly and Together.
10.14.09 Yes indeed, the first new San Serac music in a long while hits the street November 10th courtesy of Environ Records: "Music Never Ends," "Night Work," and Morgan Geist's techno rethink of M.N.E. on a black piece of wax, plus a bonus track called "Style" on the digital. Couple Mass shows this month, and the first Slice & Soda 12" should be out by the end of the year.
8.16.09 And while we're at it: I'm thrilled to report the next San Serac release will be on Morgan Geist's venerable Environ label. Suffice to say I've been a fan of the label since Dave Shim broke it down for me about disco in 2001, it's a true honor to be in the company of Metro Area, Kelley Polar, Daniel Wang and of course Morgan himself.
3.5.09 It is my great pleasure to announce Slice & Soda, this jam I've been working on with my man Para One for the last year and change. We're wrapping up the album, it'll be out this year, and we're coming to you live in April for a very awesome festival show with The Juan Maclean and Telepathe. The track I did with Shout Out Out Out Out is out now on their new album Reintegration Time catch wreck. And I'm playing Providence later this month with my house n' club family Lovelife. New music from San Serac, The Internet and Stereo Image in 09. I'm not kidding! Peace to Wilderness...
